History:
1998: The predecessor was I.P.A Investment and Finance Company Limited, established and operating under the business registration certificate No. 042493 issued by the Hanoi Department of Planning and Investment on March 9, 1998
2007: The company changed its name to I.P.A Investment Group Joint Stock Company under the business registration certificate No. 0103010725 issued by the Hanoi Department of Planning and Investment on December 28, 2007.
On November 20, 2008, I.P.A Investment Group Joint Stock Company merged with I.P.A Financial Partners Joint Stock Company under the business registration certificate No. 01030225325 issued by the Business Registration Office - Hanoi Department of Planning and Investment on February 22, 2008 with the merger ratio of 1:1. At the time of merger, the actual contributed charter capital of I.P.A Investment Group Joint Stock Company was VND 600,000,000,000 and the actual contributed charter capital of I.P.A Financial Partners Joint Stock Company was VND 59,999,800,000 and contributed by a single shareholder, I.P.A Investment Group Joint Stock Company. When receiving the merger, I.P.A Investment Group Joint Stock Company did not issue new shares, the charter capital of the Company remained at VND 600 billion.
Since 2010, I.P.A Investment Group Joint Stock Company has become a public company.
2016: The company s shares were first listed on the Upcom floor on June 17, 2016 with the code IPA
- The company s head office was moved to 1 Nguyen Thuong Hien, Nguyen Du Ward, Hai Ba Trung District, Hanoi City from November 16, 2016.
2021: The company s shares were delisted from the Upcom floor from October 25, 2021
The company s shares were listed on the Hanoi Stock Exchange on November 1, 2021
