The group has entered the Vietnamese market in segments through establishment of related companies, MOCA TECHNOLOGY AND SERVICE CORPORATION (2013), it (2014), its subsidiary (2015), GFIN VIETNAM CO., LTD (2019), GFG HOLDINGS VIETNAM JOINT STOCK COMPANY (2020), VH1 SOLUTIONS JOINT STOCK COMPANY (2020), VH2 SOLUTIONS COMPANY LIMITED (2020).From 2011 to 2021, the Grab group has restructured and reorganized investment portfolio. In 2015, Grab Inc was an ultimate corporate parent of the group. Finally, in 2021, Grab Holdings Limited (NASDAQ: GRAB) became ultimate parent company's major shareholders (Class A Ordinary Share) were SVF entities – 18.3%, Uber Technologies, Inc. – 13.9%, Morgan Stanley – 7.6%, Didi Chuxing – 7% and Toyota Motor Corp – 5.8% as of February 28, 2023. With Class B Ordinary share, Anthony Tan Ping Yeow had 3.8% of total ordinary shares and 63.2% of voting power. Each Class A Ordinary Share carries one vote, and each Class B Ordinary Share carries 45 votes.It is member of the Grab ecosystem which is a single, seamless platform brought to life through three super-apps, one each for driver – and merchant-partners and consumers. The group's core business includes delivery, mobility, financial services and enterprise and new initiatives. The Grab's group's deliveries, mobility, financial services and enterprise and new initiatives represented (i) 46.2%, 44.6%, 5.0% and 4.2%, respectively, of the group's revenue in the year ended December 31, 2022, (ii) 21.9%, 67.6%, 4.0% and 6.5%, respectively, of the group's revenue in the year ended December 31, 2021, and (iii) 1.2%, 93.3%, (2.2)% and 7.7%, respectively, of the group's revenue in the year ended December 31, 2020. We can see that the Grab group has moved to balance proportion between deliveries and mobility. In which, the Grab group conducts deliveries and mobility businesses in Vietnam through it.The company's competitors are in deliveries segment (ShopeeFood, Gojek, Baemin, Lalamove, AhaMove) and mobility segment (Gojek, Be Group).
