Dachan (Vn) Company Limited (Vietnam)

Dachan Group has begun to penetrate Vietnamese market through the first establishment of Asia Nutrition Technologies (VN) Co., Ltd in Dong Nai Province in 1995. Afterwards, Dachan Group continued to set up its new member companies in other provinces. The subject is considered as one of member companies in this Group. The company engages in manufacturing aquaculture feeds for fish and shrimp. Besides domestic market, finished products are exported to Cambodia, Sri Lanka, Taiwan… but the export rate is not much. In 2020, the subject enhanced the producible capacity by upgrading the factory in Long An Province to serve production better.In period of 2020 - 2021, the subject encountered difficulties caused by the outbreak of Covid-19 pandemic (a rise in input materials and transportation costs, a delay in import - export activities…). Most noticeably, customers showed a sign of insolvency that led to making huge allowances for bad debts incurred. Turn in 2022 (especially for the second half of this year), the global economic crisis impoverished purchasing power of many foreign markets, leading to a drop in export orders in many industries (including seafood industry). As a part in supply chain, the subject also faced impediments and the company has implemented solutions to stabilize its operation.
