History:
2013: Maitech Media Technology Joint Stock Company was established on May 8, 2013 with a charter capital of VND 5 billion according to Business Registration Certificate No. 0312267721 issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Ho Chi Minh City for the first time on May 8, 2013. Headquarters at 007 My Hoang, Phu My Hung, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City. The main activity of the Company is real estate brokerage (Details: Establishment of a general electronic information website).
2015: Maitech Media Technology Joint Stock Company registered to add real estate business lines, changing the head office address to 104 Nguyen Cong Tru, Nguyen Thai Binh Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City. April 10, 2015. The company increased its capital from VND 5 billion to VND 6 billion by issuing shares to existing shareholders and the purpose of this capital increase was to supplement working capital. On August 11, 2015, the company changed its name to MLAND Vietnam Joint Stock Company.
2016: MLAND Vietnam Joint Stock Company registered to change its new address to Floor 19, Area A, Indochina Park Tower Building, No. 04 Nguyen Dinh Chieu, Da Kao Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, on May 19, 2016.
2019: MLAND Vietnam Joint Stock Company increased its charter capital from VND 6 billion to VND 66 billion on December 31, 2019 by issuing shares to existing shareholders and the purpose of this capital increase is that all the capital raised from the share issuance of VND 60 billion is used for the purpose of supplementing business capital and purchasing land for the residential area project in Cam Lam district - Khanh Hoa province.
2020: On January 20, 2020, the name was changed to MGROUP Real Estate Joint Stock Company. Charter capital increased from VND 66 billion to VND 120 billion by issuing shares to existing shareholders and the purpose of this capital increase is that all the capital raised from the share issuance of VND 54 billion is used for the purpose of purchasing shares of Mland Northern Real Estate Joint Stock Company and supplementing business capital. On February 5, 2020, the company changed its name to MGROUP Vietnam Corporation Joint Stock Company. On July 10, 2020, the company changed its name to MGROUP Corporation Joint Stock Company. On November 27, 2020, the charter capital was increased from VND 120 billion to VND 200 billion by private offering of shares. The purpose of this capital increase is to use all the capital raised from the VND 80 billion share issuance to supplement the capital source for purchasing shares of Nam Hoa Joint Stock Company.
December 31, 2021: The company becomes a public company
February 16, 2022: The company was granted the first Securities Registration Certificate No. 12/2022/GCNCP-VSD with the stock code MGR.
