History of establishment and development:
2010: Establishment of Interserco Postal Services Joint Stock Company - IPX - the predecessor of ASG Group Joint Stock Company.
2012: Renamed to Airport Services Joint Stock Company
2012- 2019: ASG Group Joint Stock Company was established on the basis of the main units: ALS Thai Nguyen One Member Co., Ltd. (ALST) - 100 owned by the company; Aviation Ground Services Company Limited (AGS); Saigon Airport Services Joint Stock Company (ASGS); Thai Nguyen Branch (ASGTN); ALS Ho Chi Minh City Co., Ltd. (ALSH); ASGU Service Joint Stock Company; ASG Industrial Park Infrastructure and Development Company Limited (ASGI)
April 2013 Established ALS Thai Nguyen One Member Co., Ltd. (ALST) with 100 capital owned by the Company to implement the project Extended air cargo warehouse in Thai Nguyen in Yen Binh Industrial Park, Pho Yen District, Thai Nguyen Province. In September 2019, ALS Thai Nguyen One Member Co., Ltd. (ALST) converted the company form to ASG Logistics Joint Stock Company (ASGL).
In January 2015, the Company changed its abbreviated name and officially used the ASG brand, and at the same time built a brand identity system in line with the Company s development orientation. The Company was granted a Trademark Registration Certificate No. 277423 by the Department of Intellectual Property for the ASG brand
In December 2015, the Company became a strategic shareholder of Cam Ranh International Airport Services Joint Stock Company (CIAS); support CIAS to establish Aviation Ground Services Company Limited (AGS) with the aim of expanding its business lines to passenger services and ground technical services.
March 2016 Establishment of Saigon Airport Services Joint Stock Company (ASGS) in Ho Chi Minh City, initiating the process of expanding and developing cargo services in the Southern region.
July 2016 Establishment of the Company Branch in Thai Nguyen (ASGTN) with the aim of providing air cargo transportation services according to the extended air warehouse process and other types of goods for businesses in Yen Binh Industrial Park and neighboring areas.
December 2016 Established the Company Branch in Bac Ninh (ASGBN) and implemented the Logistics Service Area project in Bac Ninh at Yen Phong Industrial Park, Bac Ninh with the goal of providing services for air and non-air cargo, warehousing services, freight services (air, refrigerated, special cargo and other types of goods) and other logistics services
In June 2018, the Company completed the increase of ownership ratio at CIAS to 51 , CIAS officially became a subsidiary of ASG.
In October 2018, A Plus Logistics Joint Stock Company (APLUS) was established to provide intermediary forwarding services... helping to complete part of the logistics service chain that ASG provides to customers.
November 2018 Joint venture with ULP Korea Company to establish ASGU Service Joint Stock Company (ASGU) to provide dismantling, transportation, installation of production lines, equipment and packaging of goods.
2019: The company was officially renamed ASG Group Joint Stock Company
2020: The company s shares were listed for the first time on the HOSE stock exchange on September 24, 2020
