The Company is headquarted in B6-BT5 - My Dinh 2 New Urban Area, Nam Tu Liem District, Ha Noi, Vietnam.

History:
2008: Company establishment.
In 2009, the Company began to expand its field of operation: developing the field of construction of traffic works, bridges, roads, and irrigation works.
In 2011, Kosy shifted to the real estate business, taking this as a foothold for development. In the construction field, in addition to constructing new urban area projects, Kosy also implemented many traffic, irrigation, and telecommunication works in localities.
In 2015, the Company began to prepare for investment in a number of hydropower projects.
In 2016, the Company began to develop many real estate projects in the provinces/cities of the North and Central regions. Currently, Kosy has been and is the main investor in implementing a number of large real estate projects in localities such as: Kosy - Lao Cai Urban Area, Lao Cai city; Kosy Urban Area - Bac Giang, Cau Go Urban Area, Bac Giang Province; Kosy - Gia Sang Urban Area, Kosy - Song Cong Urban Area, Thai Nguyen City....
In 2017, the Company increased its capital to 415 billion VND. Kosy developed impressively and was honored at the Vietnam Strong Brand Award.
- The Company s shares were listed on the UPCoM Hanoi Stock Exchange with the stock code KOS on December 8, 2017.
2019: The Company s shares were delisted from the Upcom floor from July 12, 2019 and transferred to the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange from July 22, 2019
