History:
December 29, 2010: Create Capital Vietnam Joint Stock Company was established, formerly Create Capital Vietnam Company Limited, with initial charter capital of 10 billion VND.
Create Capital Vietnam Company Limited registered to increase its charter capital to 100 billion VND according to Business Registration Certificate No. 0105087537, first change on October 6, 2011.
September 11, 2014: Converted to a Joint Stock Company.
The actual contributed capital as of December 31, 2014 was VND 83,604,830,000 and by December 31, 2015, the company s shareholders had fully contributed the registered charter capital
Since its establishment, the Company has developed towards becoming a property ownership model with the function of focusing on investing in companies in the field of producing fired clay bricks and tiles (bricks and tiles using tunnel kiln technology) through mergers and acquisitions (M A) of enterprises, factories and workshops located in the Central and Northern regions of Vietnam.
