HISTORY:
2006: Phu Hung Securities Joint Stock Company, formerly Au Lac Securities Joint Stock Company, was established under Business Registration Certificate No. 4103005552 issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Ho Chi Minh City on November 15, 2006.
2008: PHS changed its head office location to Lawrence S.Ting Building, No. 801 Nguyen Van Linh, Tan Phu Ward, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City from November 2008.
2009: The Company received Decision No. 185/UBCK-GP dated January 23, 2009 on granting a License to adjust the name of the Securities Company. Au Lac Securities Joint Stock Company officially changed its name to Phu Hung Securities Joint Stock Company.
2010: The Company s shares were officially traded on the Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) on June 9, 2010 with the stock code PHS .
2012: The Company changed its name to Phu Hung Securities Joint Stock Company according to the Resolution of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders dated March 27, 2012.
2014: The Company delisted from the Hanoi Stock Exchange on January 10, 2014, according to the Resolution of the 2013 General Meeting of Shareholders No. 03/2013/NQ-DHDCD dated December 20, 2013.
2015: The Company moved to a new headquarters: 4th Floor, CR3-04B, 109 Ton Dat Tien, Tan Phu Ward, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City
With more than 10 years of experience operating in the Vietnamese stock market, PHS has a stable customer base and solid business resources. In 2018, PHS s revenue reached VND 174,916 million, achieving an average annual compound growth of 18.49 in the period 2016 - 2018, while profit reached VND 37,450 million, showing strong growth compared to the profit results in 2017.
On January 20, 2016, Phu Hung Securities Joint Stock Company became a public company
On August 22, 2018, the Company was granted the Securities Registration Certificate No. 70/2018/GCNCP-VSD by the Vietnam Securities Depository Center (VSD), with a total number of registered shares of 50,000,000 (fifty million) shares.
2019: The Company s shares were re-listed on the Upcom floor from July 31, 2019
