The product categories have been changed according to customer requirements. Currently, the subject focuses on output products as Wireless stereo headsets and Wireless earbuds, which are mostly exported to South Korea.According to Ms. Pham Thi Tuyet Lan, because the client updated new product categories and stopped ordering old product types. Meanwhile, the subject needed time to adjust technology and production facilities for those new product modules. These were the reason for the serious slump in the subject's total sales during the period of 2017-2019. Then, after meeting the new product modules, the revenue in 2020 was recovered significantly by 163.25% compared to 2019 but its volume just equaled about 60% of the target because of narrowing in the client needs due to negative effects of the Covid Pandemic, she added. Besides, the subject generated VND 432.7 billion of revenue in the first half of 2021, equaled 51.2% of the total sales in 2020.Ms. Lan said that the subject's factory capacity could respond to around 4,000 workers but it still keeps operating below the design capacity with just around 1,000 workers due to negative effects of the Covid Pandemic. Thus, with high fixed expenses, the subject was lost continuously, she added.
