The Bank was created in 1875. In 1995 - In accordance with the decree of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated October 4, 1995, Uzjamgarmabank was transformed into the State Commercial Xalq bank.
The Bank become listed on Tashkent Stock exchange on 12 June 2023.
