Bank Ukrainian Capital AT (Ukraine)

Bank Ukrainian Capital AT is a universal Ukrainian commercial bank located in Kyiv. It was registered by the National Bank of Ukraine on December 25, 1992, as AKB "Zakarpattya" in the city of Mukachevo, Zakarpattya region. On June 10, 1994, a branch of the bank was registered in Kyiv. On September 26, 1995, the head office was transferred to Kyiv. On February 15, 1996, the bank changed its name to "Ukrainian Capital." On January 28, 2002, a new version of the bank's charter and a change in the name to Joint Stock Company "Bank Ukrainian Capital" were registered. On January 27, 2010, the bank's name was changed to Public Joint Stock Company "Bank Ukrainian Capital." On December 24, 2019, at the General Shareholders' Meeting, the bank decided to change its type from a public joint stock company to a private joint stock company and changed its name from Public Joint Stock Company "Bank Ukrainian Capital" to Joint Stock Company Bank "Ukrainian Capital." The changes and a new version of the bank's charter were approved by the National Bank of Ukraine on January 20, 2020, and registered in the State Register of Legal Entities on January 24, 2020. The bank provides comprehensive services to legal and natural persons based on a banking license in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine. The bank has established itself as a dynamic and developed financial institution that fulfills its obligations to partners and actively operates in all segments of the financial market.
