Formerly known as Welldone Co., Ltd., the company was founded on August 19, 1977 engaged in export trade. In 1992 it became the general agent of Toshiba battery in Taiwan and at the same year, Toshiba's environment-friendly battery was launched. In 1996 the company restructured as Welldone Company. It started its own brand SINTOP and received ISO 9002 certification in 1998. On April 16, 2002 Welldone was listed officially in OTC and at the same year Shanghai Welldone Electronics Co., Ltd. was put into the official operation in Pudong, Shangha. Welldone Company is principally engaged in the marketing of communication products and network products. The company's telecommunication products and network products include mobile telephone pre-paid cards, international telephone pre-paid cards, game software, game point cards and cost saving telecommunication cards. The company also offers digital entertainment services, such as micro payment platforms, among others. It also involves in agent distribution of on line games. During the year 2009, the company obtained approximately 99.95% of its total revenue from its communication and network products.
