UnifosaCorp was established on May 16, 1994. It began IPO on May 16, 1994 and OTC on December 27, 2004. Originally, it was engaged in selling memories for NB and diversified its products after June 1997. It developed its self brands ?USI, mainly sold in European and American markets, and -Lasting , targeted for markets in mainland China, in July, 2001. The company focused its research on random-access memory and flash memory products. It is a supplier of memories for Guangda Computer and Huayu Computer. Its major suppliers are Hailishi and Jianxiong Internation. And its products are mainly sold to ASUS, Asustek and Acer.
