Set up in Mar. 2005, UDE Corp. is mainly engaged in R & D of the PC-related and networking-related connector. 1. CEO is Chen Bo Rong, General Manager is Chen. Of the shareholding structure, operation group hold 10% of the stock and the venture capital companies hold the rest of the stock. 2. As of the end of July 2009, there are 42 employees. Up to Dec. 2006, 20 patents have been obtained in Taiwan, Mainland and U.S. 3. The company signed a share-purchasing contract with ADVANCEDTECHNOLOGYINTERNATIONALLTD. and obtained 100% of the shares of the subsidiary DongGuan Jian Guan Plastic Rubber Electric Co., Ltd. and Zhongjiang UDE Corp.. 4. the major raw material suppliers are Star. Alpha, Xintaisheng, Kerry and Jiaying. The major competitors in domestic industry are Hon Hai, Xuande and Delta while at abroad they are BelFuse, PluseEngineering and other companies .5. Because of the short-life cycle of the new electronic products and a high degree of customization as well as high homogeneity of the connector products and high dependence on raw materials, OEM connector factory is restructured to be ODM model to get the patent. 6. UDE Corp. is based on integration of connectors, aiming at PC-related components such as connector and magnetic components.
