Top High Image Corp. (Taiwan, China)

Top High Image Corp. was originally the restructuring development department (PS version of development) under Youdeng Industry. On October 21st 1998, Tepper Aluminum Co., Ltd. was established independently. And a new plant and third production line were set up in Dafa Industrial District, Kaohsiung County. As the production in short supply, in 1999 a second 24-hour production line began to work. In the same year, the Company approved the preferential tariff-free imports of raw material reward by Industrial Development Bureau Ministry of Economic Affairs. In 2000, the Company changed its name to Top High Image Corp. In 2001, the company achieved full-volume continuous automated production technology in line with the Industrial Development Bureau. In 2002, the third PS plate production line (automation of the entire volume continuous production line) was set up, then in the fourth quarter completed expansion becoming the largest and most advanced professional PS version manufactory in Southeast Asia. In May 2003, the company gained the self-made technology of sensitizer, and started the production planning. In June, IPO issued and passed ISO9001: 2000 international certification. In response to huge demand in export markets, at the end of 2003, the company started the fourth PS plate production line.
