Test Research, Inc. was established on April 10, 1989, focusing on the research, manufacturing and marketing of assembled board automatic test equipments. In 1995, it introduced TR-518FINLINEICT on-line automatic test equipment, setting no-one operating environment, which obtained German RWTUVISO9001 quality verification. In 1997, its type of organization changed to the holdings company limited. In 1998 it absorbed Puxun Capital as its stockholder and legal representative.In 1999 it was approved public offering of stock by Securities and Futures Commission. On March 21, 2001 its stock went listed in OTC market; its TR-8001V multifunctional board automatic test equipment obtained Dell’s certification; and it also acquired a permanent license HPTest-Jet patented technology. On October 29, 2002 its stock went listed for trading.
