The company was established in 1992. In 2000 it obtained ISO9002 quality management system certification. On December 24, 2001 it transferred investment in Hongkong Cheng Yu Electronics Co., Ltd. through Samoa Test-ServTechnologyLimited. and acquired Longgang Town Xinrong Chengxin Electronic Processing Plant in Longgang District in Shenzhen. On January 10, 2003 it invested indirectly and set up Dongguan Xide Semiconductor Co., Ltd., which holds 4.84% stake of Xide Semiconductor Co., Ltd. in British Islands. Since its establishment, it has been focusing on professional IC testing services and is now still on logic IC and analog IC test.
