Syncomm Technology Corp. was founded in at 23rd January 1998, formerly known as Lingyuan Communications. It afterwards renamed as Syncomm Technology Corp. It is mainly engaged in the manufacturing, R & D and sales of wireless digital audio and video module, a chip plant of wireless audio transmission. Company issued public offering at Seventh January 2001. And it began to trade as Emerging Stock at GreTai Securities Market on Sixth October 2010. The main products are audio and video transmission and wireless digital audio chips, which can be applied to home entertainment, computer multimedia applications, such as wireless digital home theater, wireless TV audio, wireless headset and microphone. The major OEM manufacturer for IC design is still in work now, and the company has cut into the supply chains of Samsung TV and home wireless headphones of Sony and Philip.
