In June 1988 the company was established. The plant started production in January 1989.In May 1991 MLB device was in mass production. In August 1995 it passed the Netherlands DNVISO9002 1994 version quality certification. In June 1996 the factory management information system (MIS) was in operation. In July 1996 it passed the Netherlands DNVISO14001 1996 version environmental management certification. In May 2000 the company went public. In February 2001 the Light Plant passed the ISO90012000 quality certification. In December 2001 the company went log emerged. In February 2002 the company went listed. In February-March 2002 through K-Bridge Electronic Co.,Ltd.,the company re-invested in Wujiang Canton Bridge Optical Co.,Ltd. and Dizzy Circuit Board Co., Ltd.in Lujiang and Wujiang, Jiangsu, China.
