Based in Taipei, Taiwan, Sinyi Realty was founded in March, 1981. In 1997 the company increased its capital to NT$ 700 million and was approved to issue public shares. In 1999 it became the first company in the industry to be listed on the Emerging Over-the-Counter Market and in 2001 it also successfully became the first company in the industry to be listed on the Taiwan Stock Exchange. Sinyi Realty Inc. is principally engaged in the provision of real estate brokerage and agent services. The company provides properties rental and distribution services, including whole-lot housings, remaining housings, new houses, used residential properties, office buildings, factories, lands and parking lots. Through more than two decades of hard work, Sinyi Realty has gradually established a sound and self-reliant management system. In its real estate business group, the company has developed the following businesses: Sinyi Housing Agency Division engaged in the sale of medieval houses and being the leasing agent, Sinyi Housing Consignment Division engaged in the planning and sale of new homes, Sinyi Business House Agency Division engaged in the brokerage of the leasing and sale of office buildings, Sinyi Luxury House Division engaged in the brokerage of high-price residential buildings, Sinyi Shops and Stores Division engaged in the brokerage of leasing and selling stores, Sinyi Real Estate Firm engaged in the transferring and registration of real property and the mortgage loans of real estate and other services, and Sinyi Real Estate Consulting Co., Ltd. In the twenty years, Sinyi has expanded its business to the Mainland of China, and set up branches and business offices in Shanghai, Beijing, Chongqing, Suzhou and Zhejiang. In addition, in 1999 the company became the sole agent of well-known American estate agent Coldwell Banker and could provide the best service to consumers in China. As of 2010 Sinyi’s sales has exceeded NT$ 7 billion and set a new record in 28 years
