SDI was founded in 1961 in Chuanghua, Taiwan. It main business includes lead frames, LED lead frames, office products, hand tool and high precision dies. SDI, realizing that growth towards internationalization was developing quickly, took steps to cooperate with internationally renowned manufacturers in 1988 to set up affiliated companies. Additional capital was also spent to improve marketing and manufacurring processes. All of which has improved and strengthed its ability to compete in the worldwide market successfully. Looking to the future it will continue to strive to become an international enterprise and make SDI a global brand. Since its founding, SDI has been guided by the same four principles: sincerity, stability, challenge and innovation.
