Orient Europharma Co., Ltd. (Taiwan, China)

The company was set up on June 16, 1982. In March 1999 it acquired Kaohsiung warehouse to accelerate the speed of delivery and the establishment of Taiwan's logistics network access. In GMP early 2000 it purchased plant and equipment of Taoyuan Pharmaceutical Factory (originally German business, investment in Taiwan Aventis Pharmaceutical Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Co., Ltd. Taoyuan). In December 2000, it set up subsidiaries in Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong and other overseas locations to expand overseas channel. In June 2001 with the development of the company's restructuring, the company changed its name to Orient Europharma Co., Ltd. In May 2002 it set up a subsidiary in New Zealand, and purchased New Zealand farm, becoming the firstmilk supplier with New Zealand Cheese membership. In November 2002, the company emerged in stock market. In December it established overseas locations in Philippines, re-expanding its business landscape in Southeast Asia.
