Munsin Garment Corp. is a Taiwan-based company engaged in the distribution of apparels and accessories. The Company provides men's and women's apparels under brands named MUNSINGWEAR, NARA CAMICEE, McGREGOR, COMME CA DU MODE, ANNA SUI, FELIX BUHLER, EMINENTO, LE COQ SPROTIF-GOLF, BUONA GIORNATA, FAIRLY, FRAGILE, JUSTIN DAVIS, JAYRO and AS KNOW AS, including golf apparel series, casual apparels, underwear, accessories and outdoor wear, among others. The Company operates its businesses primarily in Taiwan. Munsin Garment Corp. was founded in June, 1984. In October, 1989 the company purchased the land in Wugu Township of Taipei County as the site of office building. In March, 1990 Kaohsiung office building was finished and in August, 1990 Kaohsiung Factory was established. In September, 1990 Pingdong Branch was founded. In September, 1992 the Securities Committee of the Ministry of Finance approved the public offering. The company mainly targets at middle and high class consumers. Its operating guidelines are novelty, refinement, progress; its operating principle is to enhance employee benefits and consider shareholders' interests at the same time; its business objectives are to pursue profit while value the customers’ interest and take social responsibility.
