Mirle Automation Corp. was founded at Hsinchu Science Park, Taiwan on February 2, 1989 with capital NT$ 550 million. In 1995 the company was authorized Automation Service Institute by Industrial Development Bureau, MOEA. In 1996 it received ISO 9001 Certification and in 2002 received ISO-9001: 2000 Certification. In 1999 Mirle won IBM-Taiwan “BP of The Year” Award. At the same year the company was listed on OTC (Over-The-Counter Securities Exchange) and in 2001 publicly traded on TSEC (Taiwan Stock Exchange Corporation). In 2008 the headquarter building of Mirle Automation Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. was commissioned.
