In July 1995, Microtips Technology Inc. was set up. In April 1999, it obtained ISO9002 certification, and purchased head office site and set up second plant to expand production. In August, the U.S. subsidiary was established through reinvestment. In February 2000, the company signed cooperate contracts as an agency with firms in New Zealand, Germany, Sweden, Italy and other countries. In May, it received orders from Japanese OA business machines maker. In June 2002, it imported SanyoTABLCM process technology. In August 2001, it established the Hong Kong subsidiary spinoff. In January 2002, it got ISO9001 (2000 edition) certification. In June 2003, the company issued public offering and to declare OTC counseling. In December 2003, it set up Dongguan micro Electronics Co., Ltd through reinvestment. Company's main products are components of optoelectronic display products, liquid crystal display module (LCM). In addition to standard products, the company also provides integration services to customers of modules, panels, touch panels and other related businesses.
