In 1991 the company set up. In 1996 it set up subsidiary in Silicon Valley USA. In October 2000 it obtained ISO9001 quality certification, and won the gold business awards. In 2001 it introduced the first branch of the silicon disc player USB2.0, and successfully developed the world's first PCMCIA interface of the silicon disc quadruple transfer film. In November 2002, the company successfully went listed in OTC market on the tech sector.
