The company was established in March 17, 1998.In June it was committed to the development of sales channels and established market positions in South Korea and the United States. In 1999 it passed ISO9002 certification and went public. In 2000 it signed the technical cooperation contract with Industrial Technology Research Institute on the "mobile display modules feature film flip-chip verification plan". In 2002 it signed the technical cooperation contract with the Ministry of Economic Affairs on the "flat-panel displays COF module connected to soft non-adhesive double-sided circuit board PI technology development plan". On January 15, 2003 the company went public. In April 2003 it went listed. In 1999 it was committed to the development of cell phone COF flipping thin-film modules. In 2000 it passed South Korea's LG 2000 cell phone factory certification.
