Established in July 1976, the company was officially renamed as Kenmec Mechanical Engineering Co., Ltd. after undergoing restruction in March 1987. It made IPO on July 5, 1999 and was listed in OTC on January 23, 2002. Kenmec is primarily engaged in the production and sale of whole-factory automated production-line systems, network communication products and thin film transistor liquid crystal display (TFT-LCD) panel control boards. The whole-factory automated production-line systems include conveyor systems, automated storage/retrieval systems, automated palletizer systems, automatic guided vehicle (AGV) systems, car parking systems and others. The network communication products include smart mobile phone modules, flexible printed circuit (FPC) modules, camera modules and industrial personal computers (IPCs). The company's conveyor systems include automatic material handling systems, bets, rollers, free flow conveyor systems, burn-in room systems, aging line systems and mono rails, among others.
