K.S. Terminals Inc. was founded in 1978 and received ISO9002 certification in 1996. On February 19, 2002 the company was listed on Taiwan Stock Exchange, and at the same year it obtained ISO9001 certification. The company is principally engaged in the manufacture and distribution of terminals and lightening system accessories. It provides terminals, which are applied primarily in the manufacture of computer, communication and consumer electronic (3C) products, electrical products and transportation vehicles, among others, as well as lightening system accessories, which are applied in the manufacture of electrical appliances, automobile lightening products, ship lightening products, security lightening products, outdoor lightening products and small-size industrial lightening products, among others. During the year ended December 31, 2010, the company obtained approximately 93.26% of its total revenue from terminals. It distributes its products primarily in Asia, the Americas and Europe.
