Xing Chang Biotech Co., Ltd. (Hi-Clearance Inc.) was established in February 1989.In the early days the company distributed Japan TORAY memorials products and was engaged in the dialysis medical equipment and supplies sales. In August 1995 it introduced Spanish IDEMSA artificial kidney and worked as sales agent of TORAY cardiac categorization products. In March 1995 it commissioned Thai INFUS to OEM manufacture its own brand "HEMOCARE".In October 2000 it was renamed "Apricot Chang Biotechnology" from the original name "Apricot Chang Industry". In September 2003 it went public. In March 2004 it set up High Peak Trading Ltd. in the mainland. The products include the artificial kidney, dialysis machine, the blood circuit tube, dialysis medicine and powder and Erythropoietin.
