Hauman Technologies Corp. was established on April 26, 1979. In 1988, it changed its name to Hauman Enterprise, its business scope being semiconductor, local computer network and telecommunications. In 1989 it merged with SynOptics into BayNetworks, and then was bought by Notel Telecom and was renamed NortelNetworks. In 1997 it obtained ISO9002 certification. In 2000 it changed its name back to Hauman Technologies Corp. On May 14, 2002 its stock was listed as Emerging stock; and on January 1 2003, its stock went listed in OTC market.
