In September 1998 it was allowed into Hsinchu Science Industrial Park. In November 1988 the company was established. In July 1999 the completed plant began trial production. In November 1999 it was approved by Hsinchu Science Park Administration and got the park business registration certificate. In June 2000 it passed the ISO9002 quality system certification and went public agreed by the Securities and Futures Commission Ministry of Finance. In February 2001 it got PRECISION trademark registered by Intellectual Property Office, Ministry of Economic Affairs. In December 2001, it passed the ISO14001 environmental management system certification. In December 2002 the company went listed. The main business includes: the research, development, production and sales of epitaxial silicon wafer. It plans to develop the new products: 1. R & D epitaxial silicon germanium technology for high frequency communications and power electronics. 2 R & D 12-inch epitaxial process technology for high-end integrated circuit manufacturing.
