In 1992 it invested Hideshi European Company in the Netherlands to be its marketing center in Europe. In 1993 it went through public offering of stock. In the same year of 1993, it invested in Hideshi Company in U.S.A, and in Whitehead Company in U.S.A. In 1994 it obtained ISO9002 quality certification. In 1995 it invested in Hongkong Intel Company and turned investment in China Actis Bathroom Equipment (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. In 1997 it invested in MarioKingInternationalLimited and Yongsheng International Limited. It obtained ISO9001 quality certification. In 2000 its application for OTC share listing was approved.
