Chun Yu Works & Co., Ltd. (Taiwan, China)

Chun Yu Works & Co., Ltd. was founded in 1949, its products changing from meter and needle manufacturing to iron-pressed nuts. In 1955 it started diversified production of screws, nuts, hexagonal hole screws and polished steel bars. In 1965, it was restructured into Chun Yu Factory. It set up factories in India and Pakistan in 1972, and founded Lion Industry in Indonesia, producting screws and nuts. In 1974 it invested and set up the affiliate Chun Yu Machinery, producing screw machines and nut machines. In 1980, it set up the affiliate Chunbang Trade.in 1987 it restructured with downstream firms and set up Chunjv Factory, engaging in polished steel wire processing business. In November 1988 it was approved of public offering of stock. In 1991, its stock went listed in OTC market. In 1998 its factory of Chun Yu Dongguan Hardware in Mainland opened, producing screws, nuts, screws and polished wire tapping.
