In August 1980 Chiu Ting Machinery Co.,Ltd. was established with Zhuang Boyan as the head. It was engaged in the manufacturing and sales of machinery and metal parts. In 1983 it changed its organization to Corporation Limited. In 1985 it changed its business to the manufacturing and sales of the hardware tools, spare parts and machinery such as drilling machine, lathe, milling machine, automatic planer. In 1992 the company moved to No.78 Yongfeng Road, Taiping City, Taichung County. In November 1998 the company went public. In 1999 it passed the ISO-9001 quality certification. In May 2001 the company began OTC transactions and established Department of CNC machine tools. On October 29 the company went listed.
