Atech Technology Co., Ltd.was established in 1990, engaging in the production and sales of transformers and other electronic products. In 1992 it set up manufacturing factoreies in mainland China to expand production capacity. In 1995 it obtained UL (UnderwritersLaboratoriesInc.) & CSA (TheCanadaianStandardsAssociation) and FIMKO certifications, becoming the first communication transformer factory with safety certification. In 1998, it entered the European market in 1998, and obtained British communications BABTISO-9002 quality accreditation and PQAA factory certification approval. In the same year of 1998, it reinvested subsidiary ATECHTECHNOLOGY (SAMOA) LTD. and set up processing plants in Longgang China. In 1999 Securities and Futures Commission Ministry of Finance approved for public offering of its stock. In 2000, it reinvested Hubei Yayuan Science and Technology (Yichang) Electronics Co., Ltd.through its subsidiary ATECHTECHNOLOGY (SAMOA) LTD. Invested in sub-yuan, , China, to expand China market. In 2001 its stock went listed in OTC market (stock code: 6109) and obtained ISO-14001 environmental management system certification.
