Array Inc. was founded in Cayman in 2008 and merged directly or indirectly into Array Networks and its subsidiary holding companies, including Array Networks, Inc., Wah Yiu Universal Sci-Tech (Beijing) Co., Ltd. and InfoSec Technologies Holdings Inc. In 2009 Array Inc. was registered on Emerging Stock Market in Taiwan. The company is principally engaged in the manufacture and distribution of network access products, as well as provision of relevant solutions. It provides application delivery controllers (ADCs), which are utilized to promote the efficiency of network applications' processing; secure sockets layer (SSL) virtual private network (VPN) products, which are applied in getting network access, as well as public key infrastructure (PKI) products, which are utilized to provide secure protection for information on Internet. The company also offers relevant services and solutions. It distributes its products principally in Japan, Mainland China and North America.
