The company was established on December 8, 1981 in Sanchung City. In November 1988 it moved to Shulin City. In September 1996, two copper-plated, stripping etched lines were added. In October 1996, the wet film printing automatic line was added. In March 1997 dry clean room was set up. In August 1997 it passed the RWTUVISO-9002 international quality assurance certification. In November 1997, dry film lamination line, developing line and black hole-line were added. In June 1999 the company went public. In June 1999 it passed RWTUVISO14001 international environmental certification. In October 1999 Guangwu Plant was rebuilt and put into use. In March 2001 the company went log emerged. In August 2001 the company went listed. In September 2001 it established King International Co.,Ltd.(British Virgin Islands) and re-invested in King Science & Technology Co.,Ltd.(Mauritius).In November 2001 through King Technology Co.,Ltd.(Mauritius)it re-invested in the mainland Jinghua Electronic (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. In May 2002, the mainland Jinghua Factory put into mass production. In February 2003 it passed the RWTUVISO/TS16949: 1999 international quality system certification.
