In March 1999,the company was set up. In October, it was approved the important science and technology business by Industrial Development Bureau, Ministry of Economic Affairs. In March 2000,Switching Power Supervisor IC was in mass production. In December PWMIC used in TFT-LCD got the technology certification. In 2001 and 2002, 3-channel DC-DCPWM series IC,LANLDO Regulator series IC, lithium battery protection IC, and 2-channel DC-DCPWM series IC were in mass production. In January 2003, it obtained the park business license. In October 1-channel DC-DCPWM series IC was in mass production. In January 2004, Taipei Office moved to Silicon Valley, Taipei. In March GammaBuffer series IC was in mass production. In April digital camera with Multichannel DC-DCPWM was developed. In July the company went public. The company has focused on analog IC category.
