By 1993, Soke had automated its general production and increased its capacity to 560 tons per day, becoming one of the top 5 flour mills in Turkey with full capacity utilization. In 2017, Soke established a new mill with a daily capacity of 60 tons, capable of grinding other grains besides wheat. This investment allowed Soke to offer wheat flour and different grain flours to professionals and consumers. In 2018, Soke made a significant investment in Ankara, tripling its production capacity and reaching a daily capacity of 1400 tons. The Ankara Factory processes the best quality wheat from the Central Anatolia Region. This investment enabled Soke to deliver its products to more professionals and consumers. In 2022, Soke became part of Ulusoy Un, one of Turkey's global brands in the flour industry. This partnership strengthened Soke's structure and positioned it as a pioneer in the sector and a part of the global market.
