Güler Yatirim Holding Anonim Sirketi, located in Istanbul, was established on January 20, 2006, as a securities investment trust with an issued capital of 2,700,000 TL. Over time, the company's capital increased to 9,000,000 TL by 2011. In 2011, the company decided to expand its investment areas to increase profitability and growth opportunities. As a result, it changed its legal entity and updated its field of activity and title to "Güler Yatırım Holding A.Ş." Güler Yatırım Holding A.Ş. operates in the financial markets and owns 90% of its capital. It also owns ICG Financial Consulting Inc., a subsidiary with a paid-in capital of 20 million TL. Additionally, the Güler Holding Group includes RTA Laboratories Biological Products Pharmaceuticals and Machinery Industry Trade Inc., a leading company in the diagnostic sector. The group made a strategic investment in 2018 to meet the diagnostic kit supply needs of domestic and foreign health institutions, especially during the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic. As of December 31, 2021, the equity capital of RTA Laboratories reached over 300 million TL, with a profit for the period of approximately 115 million TL. In line with its vision of supporting sustainable and productive growth, Güler Holding Group has made investments in the renewable energy sector, particularly in solar energy and bioenergy, as well as in the communication and food sectors. The group aims to support companies in strategic sectors that require support and have growth potential. Currently, Güler Investment Holding A.Ş. contributes to the capital markets with its issued capital of 120 million TL, consolidated equity of approximately 875 million TL, and more than 300 employees within the group.
