Founded in 1956, our company first started producing flour with a capacity of 15 tons/day and became the 2nd largest flour producer in the region in 1969. In order to expand our field of activity and evaluate market demands, our company decided to take part in the pasta industry in 1972. Our company, which started producing 6 tons of pasta per day in 1974 with the latest technology used in Turkey, managed to reach a capacity of 30 tons/day by importing the latest technology machines of the period from Italiya, the world pasta producer, between 1980 and 1986. During this process, by increasing its capacity, renewing itself and continuing its investments to increase product quality; It reached a capacity of 40 t/day in 1990, 60 t/day in 1994, 100 t/day in 1998 and 200 t/day in the early 2000s. As of 2013, with the new investments, the mill capacity has increased to 600 tons/day and the pasta capacity; spaghetti 175 tons/day, cut pasta 200 tons/day, for a total of 375 tons/day.
