Diler Dis Ticaret Anonim Sirketi, located in Istanbul, is a subsidiary of Diler Holding, which was established in 1949. Diler Holding, along with its subsidiaries, is actively involved in steel production (carbon and alloy), foreign trade, energy, maritime transportation, port management, mining, banking, and tourism. The company's facilities, which started production in Karabük in the Black Sea region in 1939, hold the distinction of being the first state-owned blast furnace rolling mill. Diler Dis Ticaret was founded in 1984 with the aim of promoting the group's products in the international market. Since 1985, the company has achieved tremendous success in international trade, which has allowed the group to expand its activities in other sectors such as banking, maritime transportation, and tourism, in addition to its main focus on iron and steel production.
