Bayraktar Satis Ve Dagitim Anonim Sirketi, located in Canakkale, was founded in 1979 by Mehmet BAYRAK in the Ayvacik district. Until 1993, the company operated in the wholesale food sector in Canakkale and Balikesir provinces and districts. In 1993, the company shifted its focus from food wholesale to the beverage sector and became a distributor for Coca-Cola and Efes Pilsen, providing distribution services to the Ayvacik, Ezine, and Bozcaada districts. In 1994, Bayraktar Ticaret expanded its distribution by adding JTI (Japon Tobacco International) Tobacco Products to its portfolio, serving the Canakkale province and its districts. In 1999, JTI Tobacco Products expanded its distribution area to include the Edremit, Havran, Burhaniye, Gömeç, and Ayvalik districts of Balikesir. In 2007, Bayraktar Ticaret took on the distribution of MEY alcoholic beverages, serving the Çanakkale province and its districts, as well as the Edremit, Havran, Burhaniye, Gömeç, and Ayvalik districts of Balikesir. In 2012, Bayraktar Ticaret expanded its distribution network to include the Lapseki and Eceabat districts of Çanakkale for Coca-Cola products. In the same year, the company also expanded its Efes Pilsen distribution to include the Biga and Çan districts of Çanakkale. Additionally, the MEY distribution was expanded to include the İvrindi, Savaştepe, Sındırgı, Bigadiç, Dursunbey, Kepsut, Balya, Susurluk, Gönen, and Manyas districts of Balikesir. In 2013, the distribution of Efes Pilsen was further expanded to include the Gönen, Manyas, and Bandırma districts of Balikesir. In 2016, Bayraktar Ticaret expanded its Efes Pilsen distribution to include the Lapseki and Eceabat districts of Çanakkale, as well as the Susurluk district of Balikesir and the Kemalpasa and Karacabey districts of Bursa. The company also added Tadim products to its distribution network in the Çanakkale province and its districts. Bayraktar Ticaret continues to provide excellent service to its customers in a wide geographical area, including Çanakkale, Balikesir, and their provinces and districts.
