Ardalya Insaat A.S. (Turkiye)

Ardalya Insaat Anonim Sirketi is a construction company located in Istanbul. The parent company of the group, Turan Hazinedaroğlu Construction Trade, Inc., was established in 1971 as a design and consulting company. In 1975, the company began undertaking construction projects for the Ministry of Defense in Turkey. In 1980, they expanded to infrastructure projects in Turkey and diversified into international markets starting in 1982. They have worked in countries such as Libya, Azerbaijan, Russia, Moldavia, Bulgaria, Iraq, and Romania. In addition to general contracting activities, the company started developing commercial and residential projects in Turkey in the early 1990s. Today, Ardalya Insaat continues to carry out various building and infrastructure construction works for public and private clients in Turkey and abroad. Hazinedaroğlu Özkan Construction, a joint venture company established in 1994, is a wholly owned subsidiary of the group and undertakes construction projects in the Russian Federation and Turkey.
