A.V.O.D. Kurutulmus Gida ve Tarim Urunleri Anonim Sirketi, located in Izmir, is a corporation established in 2003. It is a leader in Turkey in the production of dried vegetables and derivatives, vegetable-based convenience foods, agricultural production, processing, international sales, and marketing. The company operates under the brand name Farmer's Choice and exports 20% of Turkey's total dried vegetable exports. With a production capacity of 3,000 tons of final products, the company has a 15,000 m² open area and a 5,000 m² closed area. AVOD INC. offers a range of products including sun-dried products, oven semi-dried products, sauces and bruschettas, fermented products, and grilled products. These products are supplied to industrial producers, agents and importers, as well as international retail chains. AVOD INC. has the capability to transport products to customers on five different continents throughout the year. The company has drying stations in various parts of the Aegean Region and a processing facility in Izmir with a capacity of 200 tons per month. AVOD INC. has implemented a new oven-drying system, which has allowed for the production of oven semi-dried tomatoes. The facility has obtained BRC and IFS system certificates to ensure international acceptance and maintain consistency in quality.
