Cellcom Sa is a telecommunications company located in Aryanah, Tunisia. It was founded in December 1997 as a limited liability company specializing in HiTech products. In 2006, Cellcom created its own brand, EVERTEK, which initially focused on multimedia and household appliances. The company became the distributor of Tunisia Telecom lines and recharge cards in 2007. In 2008, Cellcom started marketing mobile phones under its EVERTEK brand, expanding its product range to include smartphones and tablets. In December 2012, the company changed its legal form to a public limited company. In January 2014, Cellcom opened its capital to the public, increasing its capital to 4,461,532 DINARS. In 2018, Cellcom became the distributor of the INFINIX brand. The company aims to continue growing its network with new distributor-partners, technological solutions, and cutting-edge products.
