S P V I Public Company Limited (SPVI) is a Thailand-based company located in Bangkok. It was incorporated in 1989 by Mr. Trisorn Volyarngosol and Mrs. Petcharat Volyarngosol, who were experienced dealers of Apple products. Initially, they established SPV Business Center Co., Ltd. with the aim of distributing Apple computers. In 1994, they formed a new company called SPV Advance Co., Ltd. to improve their shareholder structure and accommodate their growing business. On January 6, 2011, Mr. Trisorn and Mrs. Petcharat Volyarngosol partnered with IT CITY Public Company Limited to establish SPVI Co., Ltd. with a registered capital of 120,000,000 baht. SPV Advance Co., Ltd. transferred its assets and employees associated with the distribution of Apple products to this new company. This joint venture allowed SPVI to expand its distribution of Apple products to IT City Department Stores nationwide. SPVI is primarily engaged in the distribution of computers, mobile phones, related accessories, and related services. It sells Apple products through various outlets such as iStudio by SPVi, iBeat by SPVi, U.Store by SPVi, mobi, iCenter, AIS, ASTORE, iSolutions, and is an authorized Apple service provider. The company also offers Apple solutions and educational solutions. It provides consulting, designing, and installation services for corporate customers, educational institutions, and state enterprises. SPVI supports educational institutions in opening computer labs and offers projects for teaching and learning film subjects. Additionally, the company provides after-sales service managed by its Apple authorized technicians.
