Ratchthani Leasing PCL engages in the used car hire-purchase services to both individuals and used car agents (floor plan). In 1995, the company changed the policy to focus on the individual customers. However, the company started to do the business with used car agents again in 2004. Unfortunately, the company has to discontinue the policy in 2006 and didn’t conduct the floor plan policy again until now, since the policy was done only to increase market share of the company and was not for the main activity.
