Xella Slovensko, spol. s r.o. is a branch of Xella in Slovakia. The company has an annual production volume of over 200,000 m3 of Ytong material and employs more than 100 employees in two production plants. Similar to the Czech Republic, Xella is also a leader in the market for aerated concrete in Slovakia. The Ytong brand products are made from lime, sand, cement, and water, and are a symbol of a proven and innovative construction system. The Ytong complete construction system offers a comprehensive solution for both the structural and surface finishes of a building. In addition to perimeter walls and partitions, the Ytong construction system also includes lintels, U-profiles, stair steps, ceilings, roofs, mortars, and internal and external plaster. The system is complemented by the Ytong Start foundation block range and other options for detailing, such as pillar blocks or shuttering boxes. Recently, developers and construction companies have also favored the range of large-format Ytong Jumbo, Silka Tempo, and Ytong GHT partition panels. These simplify the project phase of construction, shorten the construction time, save labor, and thereby reduce construction costs. Xella's product range also includes Silka lime-sand blocks and Multipor mineral thermal insulation boards. Silka blocks meet the highest requirements for load-bearing capacity and sound insulation in buildings, while Multipor boards are non-combustible and ecological boards with exceptional thermal insulation properties.
